This recipe combines the creamy tang of goat cheese with the salty richness of prosciutto, fresh blackberries, and a drizzle of Shiraz Wine Jelly.

Step-by-Step Assembly

Toast the Bread: Begin with a slice of bread suitable for bruschetta, lightly toasted or grilled for a crisp base.

Spread the Cheese: Using a knife or a spoon, generously spread a layer of Plain Goat Cheese across the surface of the bread

Add Berries: Place several fresh Blackberries onto the goat cheese, spacing them out across the slice
