Berkshire Wine Jelly Bruschetta - 1

🍇 Sweet & Savory Wine Country Bruschetta Guide (Part 1)

This recipe combines the creamy tang of goat cheese with the salty richness of prosciutto, fresh blackberries, and a drizzle of Shiraz Wine Jelly.

 

Ingredients

  • Sliced bread (such as a toasted baguette slice or bruschetta base)

  • Plain Goat Cheese (or a similar soft cheese)

  • Fresh Blackberries

  • Sliced Prosciutto

  • Shiraz Blackberry & Basil Wine Jelly, by Berkshire Wine Jelly

 

 

Step-by-Step Assembly

  1. Toast the Bread: Begin with a slice of bread suitable for bruschetta, lightly toasted or grilled for a crisp base.

  2. Spread the Cheese: Using a knife or a spoon, generously spread a layer of Plain Goat Cheese across the surface of the bread 

  3. Add Berries: Place several fresh Blackberries onto the goat cheese, spacing them out across the slice 

  4. Layer the Prosciutto: Add thin slices of Prosciutto amongst the blackberries. The video shows small, folded pieces placed around the center 

  5. Drizzle with Jelly: Take a small spoon and drizzle a generous amount of the Shiraz Blackberry & Basil Wine Jelly over the top of the prosciutto and berries
