Pinot Noir BarbQ Dipping Sauce 

1 cup Sweet Baby Rays and your favorite bar b q sauce

½ cup Pinot Noir Wine Jelly

In a medium saucepan combine barb sauce and wine jelly. Heat and stir over medium heat until the jelly is dissolved and the mixture is smooth


Chardonnay Mustard Dipping Sauce

1/3 cup Mayonnaise

1/4 cup Spicy Brown Mustard

2 Tablespoons Chardonnay Wine Jelly

Heat Chardonnay wine Jelly in the microwave for 10 seconds, In a small bowl stir together all ingredients.


Devil's Fire Buffalo Blue Cheese Dip

¼ cup Devils Fire Wine Jelly

1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese

½ cup mayonnaise 

½ cup sour cream

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

½ teaspoon salt

Dash pepper

Heat Jelly for 10 seconds in the microwave stir. Jelly will be slightly thin

In a small bowl  Stir together the rest of the ingredients

Stir in Jelly.  Serve with pretzels or celery


Rose' Sweet Chili Dipping Sauce

½ cup Rose Wine Jelly

3 tablespoons Sweet chili sauce 

1 tablespoon lemon juice

In a small saucepan combine all ingredients. Heat and stir over medium heat until the jelly is dissolved and the mixture is smooth.


Blueberry Balsamic Reduction

2 cups frozen Blueberries

¼ cup Balsamic Vinegar

½ cup Blueberry lavender Wine Jelly

½ teaspoon lemon zest

1 Tablespoon Lemon juice

In a medium saucepan add blueberries and balsamic vinegar. Over medium-high heat and cook l.Stir and cook for 5 minutes until the mixture comes to a boil. Add the rest of the ingredients. Smash blueberries with a potato masher. Reduce heat to medium low and cook for 25 minutes stirring occasionally until mixture reduces by half.  The dip will be slightly chunky.  For a smooth sauce blend or process with an immersion blender.
