Colorful coleslaw made with chardonnay lemon rosemary wine jelly

Colorful Coleslaw

To start, we'll need a variety of fresh and colorful vegetables. Thinly sliced green and red cabbage, grated carrots, and thinly sliced red and yellow bell peppers come together to create a beautiful and crunchy base for our slaw. We'll add a touch of sharpness with some thinly sliced red onion for an extra pop of flavor.

Now, for the star of the show: the Berkshire Chardonnay Lemon Rosemary Wine Jelly dressing! We'll whisk together this unique and delicious ingredient with some apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, and olive oil. This dressing is the perfect balance of sweet and tangy with a subtle hint of rosemary that perfectly complements the fresh vegetables in our slaw.

Once our dressing is ready, we'll pour it over our vegetable mixture and toss everything together until every bit is coated with the delicious dressing. We'll let it chill in the fridge for a bit to allow the flavors to meld and the vegetables to soak up the dressing.

Finally, we'll garnish our slaw with some freshly chopped parsley for a touch of freshness and color.
