Our version of a Grilled Cheese and Tomato Sandwich.
Ingredients:
2 slices of sandwich rye bread
Butter for smearing the bread
Chardonnay with Lemon & Rosemary Wine Jelly
2 cheeses (we used cheddar and gouda)
Sliced Roma Tomato
Directions:
Lightly toast the rye bread; then smear the insides some butter.
Spread some Wine Jelly over the butter, place cheese and tomato.
Close the sandwich and return to the Toaster Oven, and bake covered with foil for 10-15 minutes at 375 degrees F.
