French Toast PB& Wine Jelly Roll Ups

Here’s a recipe that takes a simple breakfast classic and elevates it to a truly elegant dish that uses Berkshire Wine Jelly, Pinot Noir Coffee and Date Wine Jelly. The combination of the Pinot Noir, Coffee and Date creates a symphony of flavors that is truly extraordinary. 4 slices of bread
2 eggs
1/4 cup of milk
1/4 cup of peanut butter
1/4 cup of Pinot Noir with Coffee & Date Wine jelly - Order Now!
2 tablespoons of butter
Powdered sugar (optional)

Start by whisking together the eggs and milk in a shallow dish.

Spread a tablespoon of peanut butter and a tablespoon of wine jelly on each slice of bread.

Roll each slice of bread tightly into a roll-up.

Preheat the Air Fryer to 375°F.

Melt the butter in a microwave or on the stove.

Dip each roll-up into the egg mixture, coating it evenly.

Place the roll-ups in the Air Fryer basket and cook for 6-7 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove the roll-ups from the Air Fryer and allow them to cool for a minute.

Sprinkle powdered sugar on top, if desired, and serve warm.
