Ingedients:
1 - 14oz can whole berry cranberry sauce
½ - Granny Smith Apple, diced small
¼ - cup Berkshire Wine Jelly – Merlot Wine Jelly
½ - teaspoon grated orange zest
2 - tablespoons orange juice
¼ - cup walnuts or pecans, coarsely chopped
¼ - cup raisins
Directions:
Place cranberry sauce, and wine jelly in small sauce pan over medium low heat.
Add diced apple, orange zest, juice, and bring to boil.
Lower heat, and simmer for 15 minutes.
Pull off heat, and stir in nuts and raisins.
Transfer to bowl to chill.
