Ingredients:

2 pounds of chicken wings

1/2 cup Devil's Fire Zinfandel Wine Jelly

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon ginger, minced

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

3 tsp orange juice

Salt and pepper to taste

Chopped green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions:

Prepare the Marinade:

In a bowl, combine Devil's Fire Zinfandel Wine Jelly, soy sauce, minced garlic, minced ginger, and vegetable oil. Mix well until the jelly is fully dissolved. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Marinate the Chicken Wings:

Place the chicken wings in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the wings, ensuring they are evenly coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or ideally overnight for maximum flavor

Air Fry the Wings:

Remove the wings from the marinade, allowing any excess marinade to drip off. Place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not crowded. You may need to cook them in batches depending on the size of your air fryer. Cook for approximately 25-30 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time, or until the wings are cooked through and have a crispy exterior.

Glaze the Wings:

In a small saucepan, heat the remaining Devil's Fire Zinfandel Wine Jelly over low heat until it becomes a glaze-like consistency. Brush this glaze onto the cooked chicken wings, ensuring they are well-coated.

Serve and Garnish

Remove the wings from the air fryer and let them cool for a minute or two. Sprinkle chopped green onions and sesame seeds over the top for added flavor and presentation. Serve your Devil's Fire Zinfandel Wine Jelly Sticky Chicken Wings from the air fryer hot and enjoy!

Cooking the wings in an air fryer will give them a crispy texture similar to deep frying, and the Devil's Fire Zinfandel Wine Jelly glaze will add a wonderful sweet and spicy flavor. Enjoy your air-fried sticky chicken wings!
