- 1 oz Berkshire Blueberry-Lavender Jelly
- 2 oz Gin
- 3/4 oz lemon juice
- Soda water
Add Blueberry-Lavender Wine Jelly, gin and lemon juice to a shaker with ice. Shake gently to combine. Pour into a chilled collins glass or mason jar.
